The second season of the WPL 2024 is almost here! It’s going to start in Bengaluru on February 23. The Gujarat Giants are all set for the tournament. They’ve shown off their new jerseys and have begun getting ready. At a special event, the team’s head coach Michael Klinger and Mentor Mithali Raj gave out the jerseys to the players. After that, they headed straight to their evening training session. Beth Mooney, who comes from Australia, will be leading the Giants as the captain. She’ll have Indian all-rounder Sneh Rana as her vice-captain. Their first match will be against the Mumbai Indians on February 25 at the Mi Chinnaswamy Stadium.
The team in orange is really excited and working hard in Bengaluru to get ready for the WPL. They’re training with a lot of enthusiasm as they get closer to their first match.
